Tactilus® H Series sensors enable real-time detection and recording of pressure conditions between two contacting or impacting surfaces. 

The paper-thin sensor is placed directly at the contact interface, measuring and recording both pressure distribution and intensity. Leveraging the latest advancements in nano-polymer materials, we have introduced the world’s first nano-polymer-based surface tactile sensor. 

This innovation delivers greater resistance to high temperatures, enhanced precision, reduced drift, and improved repeatability—providing more reliable and accurate surface mapping analyses than ever before.

The Tactilus® H Series is a matrix surface tactile sensor—an “electronic skin” capable of detecting and interpreting the distribution and intensity of pressure between two contacting surfaces.

Collecting data is processed through powerful Windows® software for advanced analysis. 

Each Tactilus® H sensor is manufactured to exacting tolerances, individually calibrated, and serialized for quality assurance. 

Its modular architecture enables portability, scalability, and simultaneous data collection from up to four independent sensors. 

Depending on configuration and customer requirements, H-Series sensors can be connected to either the Large or Small Tactilus® hub, providing enhanced operational flexibility. 

The Tactilus® software employs advanced mathematical algorithms to intelligently separate signal from noise, while sophisticated electronic shielding ensures optimal resistance to interference, temperature variations, and humidity.
